INFINITY BONUS PROGRAM



  In keeping with RSI’s commitment to provide the most lucrative compensation package in the industry, we are proud to introduce the NEW Monthly Infinity Bonus Program. As with each component of the RSI ProfitPlusTM Program, the Monthly Infinity Bonus Program is designed to reward specific activities.

The main goal of the Monthly Infinity Bonus Program is to provide distributors an additional financial incentive to work closely with, and support downline distributors, while continuing to personally sponsor front-level distributors. With this program you can now earn up to a 3% bonus on all the product sales generated by everyone in your downline.

There are three levels of qualification to the Monthly Infinity Bonus Program. Each level achieved qualifies you to earn up to a 1% Infinity Bonus. You may qualify at one, two, or all three levels and earn up to a 3% Infinity Bonus.

Here's how to qualify. To reach the first level, which pays up to a 1 % Monthly infinity Bonus, you must complete the following in one commission month (calendar month):

  1. Be an Active Director-a minimum of 1 ,000 Group Points (G.P.) which includes at least 100 Personal Points (P.P.). A point is equivalent to one U.S. commissionable volume dollar. Points are utilized for qualification and promotion purposes.

  2. Have two Active Director Legs-two legs with at least one Active Director in each leg.

  3. Have at least 10,000 Organizational Points (O.P.)-the total Group Sales Volume (G.V.) of all directors in your downline from which you are eligible to be paid Director Overrides. It also includes your personal Group Sales Volume (G.V.) from which you are eligible to receive group commissions.

  4. Have at least two Director legs with at least 3,000 Organizational Points in each. These two legs can be the same two Director legs that are required to be "Active" as described in #2 above.

  5. Personally sponsor one new distributor who places a start-up product order for at least 300 Personal Points, all within the same commission month.

By meeting these five requirements in a commission month you will qualify to earn up to a 1 % Infinity Bonus. The reason it is up to 1% is because if someone in your downline reaches the same level you do in the same month, he or she would qualify for the 1 % bonus for his/her organization and block you from receiving t he same 1%. See Illustration 1 A.

Assumption - Each Director has 100 P.P. Both you and Amy each sponsored one person with at least 300 P.P. Each rectangle repre-sents a Director's group.




IN THE ABOVE ILLUSTRATION both you and Amy have qualified for the 1% Infinity Bonus.

Let's first look at you.

  1. You are an Active Director-1,000 G.P./100 P.P.

  2. You have two Active Director Legs. Amy is an Active Director in one leg and Lsa is an Active Director in the other. Notice that Lisa is the only Active Director in Steve's Leg.

  3. You have over 10,000 Organizational Points. (25,550 Organizational Points.)
    • 1,000 G.P. (your personal group) from which you are eligible to receive Group Commissions.
    • 11,100 Organizational Points (Amy's downllne) from which you are eligible to receive Director Overrides.
    • 13,450 Organizational Points (Steve's downline) from which you are eligible to receive Director Overrides.

  4. You have two Director legs with at least 3,000 OP. in each (11,100 and 13,450).

  5. You sponsored one person who placed a start-up product order of over 300 Personal Points from which you are qualified/eligible to receive Group Commissions (Assumption).

Let's now look at Amy.

  1. Amy is also an Active Director-4,600 G.P./100 P.P.

  2. Amy also has two Active Director Legs-Bob and Ken.

  3. Amy also has over 10,000 Organizational Points-11,100 O.P.

  4. Amy has two Director legs with at least 3,000 O.P. in each-Bob-3,000 and Ken-3,500.

  5. Amy sponsored one person who placed a start-up order of over 300 Personal Points.

Here's what you earn.

  • Up to a 20% Group Commission on your Group Sales volume of 1,000 G.P.

  • A 5% Director Override on 24,550 G.P.-Amy with 11,100 G.P. plus Steve's 13,450 G.P. equals 24,550 x 5% = $1,227.50.

  • A 1% Infinity Bonus on your 1,000 G.P. plus Steve's 13,450 G.P. equals 14,450 x 1% = $144.50.

Since Amy also qualified to receive a 1% Infinity Bonus and is at the same level as you, she would be paid the 1% infinity Bonus on her organization, and you would not receive any bonuses on her organization at this time. You cannot receive Infinity Bonuses from your downline's organization which has reached the same level as yours, although you can count the Organizational Points downline of another Infinity Bonus pool recipient toward your qualification to receive Infinity Bonuses, as you did with Amy. The next illustration (2A-next page) shows you how you can earn an Infinity Bonus on Amy's Group.

To qualify for the SECOND LEVEL that pays up to a 2% Monthly Infinity Bonus, here is what you must do in one Commission Month.

  1. Be an Active Director.

  2. Have THREE Active Director Legs.

  3. Have at least 30,000 Organizational Points.

  4. Have at least two Director legs with at least 5,000 Organizational Points in each, and one Director leg with at least 3,000 Organizational Points.

  5. Personally sponsor one new distributor who places a product start-up order for at least 300 Personal Points, all within the same commission month.

  1. You are an Active Director- 1 ,000 G.P./100 P.P.

  2. You have THREE Active Director Legs-Amy is an Active Director in Leg 1, Lisa in Leg 2, and Joe in Leg 3.

  3. You have over 30,000 Organizational Points (45,150 G.P.).
    • 1,000 Group Points (your personal group).
    • 11,100 Organizational Points downline from Amy.
    • 13,450 Organizational Points downline from Steve.
    • 19,600 Organizational Points downline from Joe.

  4. You have TWO Director legs with at least 5,000 Organizational Points and ONE Director leg with at least 3,000.

  5. You sponsored one person who placed a start-up product order of at least 300 Personal Points.

Here is what you would earn in this illustration.

  • Up to a 20% Group Commission on your Group sales Volume of 1,000 G.P.

  • A 5% Director Override on 44,150 G.P. (44,150 x 5% = $2,207.50).

  • A 1% infinity Bonus on Amy's group since she qualified for the other 1% (11,100 x 1 % = $110 Infinity Bonus). Remember Illustration 1 A.

  • A 2% infinity Bonus on Steve's and Joe's groups since neither qualified to receive Infinity Bonuses-i 3,400 (Steve's group) and 19,600 (Joe's group) = 33,000; 33,000 x 2% = $660 Infinity Bonus.

To qualify for the THIRD LEVEL that pays up to a 3% Monthly Infinity Bonus, just meet the qualifications shown in the chart below.

A Director qualifying for an Infinity Bonus of 3% will be paid on his/her complete Organizational Volume down to, but not including, the next 3% Infinity Bonus qualifier. This 3% Bonus will be shared with any Directors who may qualify for a 1% or 2% Infinity Bonus within that Organization.

Therefore, if you qualify for a 3% infinity bonus and a Director in your downline qualifies for a...

  • 1% Infinity Bonus, you receive a 2% Infinity Bonus beginning with that Director.
  • 2% Infinity Bonus, you receive a 1% Infinity Bonus beginning with that Director.
  • 3% Infinity Bonus, you DO NOT receive an Infinity Bonus on that Director or his/her downline.

*To qualify for the Monthly Infinity Bonus Program, you must sponsor a new Distributor who has a rninimum of 300 Personal Points in the month he or she is sponsored. The new Distributor requirement is waived for Directors with a minimum of 3 legs with at least 50,000 Leg Organizational Points each.
