ORDERING PROCEDURES

Sound Concepts is a sales-aids-production company ("fulfillment center") located in Vineyard, Utah. Sound Concepts has been selected by RSI and its leading distributors to fulfill the orders of training and support materials.

PHONE ORDERS- 801-343-3300. Sound Concepts' order department is open to accept phone orders Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm Mountain Time. Simply call to place your sales aids order, and be prepared with your credit card information (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover). Your order will be processed within a half-hour of your call. All orders placed before 2pm Mountain Time will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm Mountain Time will be shipped the next business day. The shipping and sales tax charges are calculated automatically when your order is placed. Sales tax is charged only to residents of Utah (parcels shipped within Utah), and orders picked up from Sound Concepts.

Sound Concepts' FAX order lines are available to receive FAX orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Your order does not need to be totaled. Sales tax is charged only to residents of Utah.
MAIL ORDERS. This is the only way to place your order without a credit card. You may pay for orders up to $250.00 by personal check. Orders over $250.00 must be paid for by credit card, money order or cashier's check. For faster processing, send your order via Federal Express or by another from of express delivery. If you have any questions, call Sound Concepts' order line at801-343-3300.

SOUND CONCEPTS RETURN POLICY Any damaged products must be reported to Sound Concepts within ten (10) days of receipt. Damaged products will be replaced with an exact product replacement only. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number supplied by Sound Concepts' customer service department. All products returned in resalable condition within thirty (30) days of purchase will be credited minus a 15% restocking fee. No outdated, used or damaged products will be eligible for credit. Credit for all returned products is dependant on the inspection of the returned goods by Sound Concepts shipping dept.
