Wednesday June 11 11:29 AM EDT -- The American Cancer Society's new screening guidelines for prostate cancer received a thumbs-up today from physicians. The eight board-certified and fellowship-trained urologic surgeons from West Orange's Associates in Urology, today commend the American Cancer Society's new recommendations calling for both the prostate specific antigen test (PSA) and digital rectal examination (DRE) to be offered annually, beginning at age 50.
